Idea 1:

Foresight

Charlie starts having dreams of horrific murders that in turn exactly a week later become reality. These dreams occur for four months and so Charlie starts wondering if he should do something about these dreams. One night Charlie sees a murder but for the first time the face is not shown. The only identification he is given is an ID card, the card says Charlie's name so he now finally opens up to one person he believes he can trust.
